Evie McNiece
Evie specializes in tax planning and preparation, and accounting. Evie was the first female Mayor of the City of Rome (2011-2014). She served 12 years as a City Commissioner and has served on various government and non-profit boards/committees. She has been married for 42 years and has 2 sons, one grandson, and one granddaughter.

Katie graduated from North Metro Technical College in 2004 with a diploma in Accounting. She began her career the same year working in the corporate office of D&D Oil, Inc dba Cowboy's Foodmart, in the position of Payroll Manager. As the company transitioned, so did her roles. During her 19 years in the fuel field, Katie added Fuel & Sales Tax Accoutant and Billing Supervisor alongside her Payroll Manager responsibilities. Katie is looking forward to applying this knowledge in assisting our clients.

hEATHER sTOKELY
Heather began her career in accounting in 2008 working for an oil and gas company in Shreveport, Louisiana. After relocating to Georgia, she joined a family owned and operated firm in June 2015 until November 2018. Heather recently joined Justin M. Owens, CPA in January 2023
